A native son of Tampa, Telly started his craft learning as much as he could from comic art. Later he was heavily influenced by Alfons Mucha, Gustav Klimt, Frank Frazetta, and many other graphic and fantasy artists. Having attended a few universities for design and art, he finally received his BFA in Drawing from USF.

Telly has been tattooing for over 10 years now, calling Stigma Ink his home, and constantly trying to hone his skills and get his brand of art out in the public eye.
